Gnat
Forgive my stupidity, and if the answer is in the manual or the forum anywhere, I guess I don't know how to search very well. Anyway..... I am working on a script that writes and reads a lot of info from the registry, and some of that info is being created by a checkbox control. Is it possible to read a value from the registry (1 or 4) and have the checkbox unchecked or checked by default when the GUI is active? Thanx in advance! Developers Jos Posted August 18, 2005 Developers Share Posted August 18, 2005 Yes, no problem... you can set the CheckBox with GUICtrlSetState() like e.g: $h_Beta = GUICtrlCreateCheckbox("Create Beta Definitions", 10, 50, 150, 20) GUICtrlSetState(-1, $GUI_CHECKED) Just add a test around the GUICtrlSetState() and make it dependant on the Registry value....
