I don't fully understand what you mean in your last sentence.

My example only shows that you get the expected formatting using strftime, yet the same input returns the correct date & time in both cases.

Your previous post said there was circa 5 months difference using the same input, which simply doesn't exist as my example shows.

My conclusion is that you just didn't use the same input stamp in your test.

select strftime('%d-%m-%Y %H:%M', '40806.7213194444', '+2415018 days', '+12 hours', 'localtime')

as "Final output"; works as I wanted sorry for who invented this
