Instead of compressing the final exe, and this is not working with mpress, you can alternatively compress AutoItSC.bin and AutoItSC_x64.bin with mpress.

Those files can be found in ..AutoIt3Aut2Exe folder.

I'm not an expert in PE stuff and I don't know why mpress is not working for AutoIt executables but there are more exe compressors in the net to use alternatively.
