rstolfa
Hello, I'm having a problem listing the contents of the desktop with the attached code. If I run it as a native foo.au3 file, it works fine. But if I run it as an foo.exe it returns blank for each of the item names. Ideas? Thanks in adavnce... -R-problem1.au3
Moderators Melba23 Posted March 1, 2013 Moderators Share Posted March 1, 2013 (edited) rstolfa, Please do not hijack existing threads that have nothing to do with you question. We would much prefer that you opened a new thread - as I have just done for you. M23 Edit: And your code works fine for me, both as a script and when compiled. What OS and AutoIt version are you running? Moderators Melba23 Posted March 2, 2013 Moderators Share Posted March 2, 2013 rstolfa, As you run an x64 system you need to compile the script as x64 - x32 executables cannot read x64 ListViews as explained here. So try that and see what you get.
