I must admit i hadn't planned on it going this smoothly. I am looking to check when a icon has appeared. How can i use the information above to check this? IanN1990 Posted March 18, 2013 Author Share Posted March 18, 2013 After i posted the topic, i carried on searching for a way and stumbled onto a different post by Melba using the same function in ur link.My current code uses _GuiCtrlToolBar_GetButtonText to do the job, but still i find it surprising there is no standard function for retriving the toolbar information.
