What do you mean by "not work"? Do you get an error message on the SciTE output pane?

Are you sure this is valid syntax?

$AttachFiles = "@DesktopDir & "file.doc""

I would.

$AttachFiles= @DesktopDir & "file.doc"; all ninja like

EDIT:

or something like this?

local $filenamemax= 4, $filename[$filenamemax]
local $AttachFiles= ""
$filename[0]= "first.doc"
$filename[1]= "second.txt"
$filename[2]= "third.rtf"
$filename[3]= "forth.wat"
for $i= 0 to $filenamemax-1;creates the AttachFiles string
    $AttachFiles&= @desktopdir&"\"&$filename[$i]
if $i< $filenamemax-1 then $AttachFiles&= ";";don't know if the function cares about ending in seporator
next

consolewrite($AttachFiles)
