Hi,

I am wondering if someone is able to help me out with the below. I have been trying for hours with no success.

I'm trying to get the name in between > < for example, the name Aurez. but the pattern needs to contain the word "By:" as I have many > < in the string Any help will be much appreciated

By: <a href="/u/Aurez">Aurez</a>

Local $aArray = StringRegExp($sString, '(?:By:.+">(\w+))', 3)
_ArrayDisplay($aArray)

This works with the example you gave.

$aRegEx = StringRegExp($String, "(?is)By:[^<>]*<a[^>]*>(.*?)</a>", 3)
_ArrayDisplay($aRegEx, "Array")

;Get as a String - this has to be placed in a loop when there are multiple matches available
$String = StringRegExpReplace($String, "(?is)By:[^<>]*<a[^>]*>(.*?)</a>.*", "\1")
MsgBox(64, "String", $String)
