I need help with shortcut this code is creating code but when I click on icon shortcut doesn't work.

Half of the shortcuts arguments are in the "file" parameter position, and the other half are in the the "args" position. Try putting them all in the 'args' position instead and see if that works.

This is working but minimize do not work

Just looked up the states that this function accepts, and @SW_MINIMIZE isn't one of them, try it with @SW_SHOWMINNOACTIVE instead.
