Zexeta Posted June 1, 2013 Share Posted June 1, 2013 My keyboard has goofy media keys that require holding the function button down so i made a script to change F1-F8 into the media keys without any modifier needed. The problem im running into is i want to still be able to use the F1-F8 keys by using them with a shift modifier. I had this setup before but lost it when i formatted. I remember it being something along the lines of +F1::{F1} This doesn't seem to want to work though and i'm not sure why. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Zexeta Posted June 1, 2013 Author Share Posted June 1, 2013 Yep positive like for instance: F1::Volume_Mute That works and turns F1 into mute. I read the manual and from what i can tell + is shift so this should technically work. I just checked the docs on the AutoHotKey site (http://www.autohotkey.com/), and the syntax of the code you posted in #1 and #5 looks like that format.
