Set data for each array?

Recommended Posts

Hm, maybe, but I removed $aLines[$i+7]

$qLines[$j][7] = "" ; This make me crazy

Its still exceed in $qLines[$j][7] ?

Though I changed the dimension of array:

Dim $qLines[1][8] ; Q,A,B,[C,D,E,F]
ReDim $qLines[Count()][8] ; Redim array to questions number

When $aLines reach the lastest Question line,

How do I know how many answer and stop before it become "exceed"

Look at UBound, though I'm still confused as to how you parse the question file.

Ok, my idea is:

$qLine[1][1]: Question: The First line after line-break

$qLine[1][2]: Answer1: Next to the question

$qLine[1][3]: Answer2: After the first answer

$qLine[1][4]: Answer3: Next line (Optional)

$qLine[1][5]: Answer4: Next line (Optional)

$qLine[1][6]: Answer5: Next line (Optional)

$qLine[1][7]: Answer6: Next line (Optional)

I'm still dont know how to stop If there's no answer4 or 5,6,7 :(

Test file:

1.Only 2 answer?

*this is one
and me two

2.How about three?
*1
2
3

3.And 6, of course!
1
2
3
4
5
6

Whéré ís thé quéstión? (UNICODE)
*The first line after the chapter mark
*The first line after each blank line
Every other line starting with the fifth
The last line of every other page

How are correct answers marked?
*Correct answers start with an asterisk
Correct answers are typed in all-caps
PEST uses A.I. to guess which answer is probably the right one
Philosophically, can we ever really be certain of anything?

How many multiple choice answers can I have for each question?
zero
one
*from two to eight
three
four
