Merging multiple ini files problem

I have a bunch of files that are to be read and then written to a new ini file, that will merge the old one.

The script seems to write the data, but then just replace it with a new value. How do I prevent this, so after reading the section, the new value that is read form the different ini file will be added at a new line?

So I thought it might have something to do with the index parameter in iniwritesection, but this didnt work:

Any time you have keys inside a section and try to write new values to those keys, it will overwrite the value currently set to the key. You can't add new keys with the same name to the same section. If you write to a section (using IniWriteSection) that already contains keys/values, those old keys/values will be lost and new ones will be created for the section.

The index parameter of the InWriteSection function only refers to when you use an array as the data parameter, it tells the function which index of the array to start reading the array from.

Rather than read in and then write out whole sections, you are better reading in every key individually from every ini file, which will take longer of course, but allows much finer control, where you can do comparisons of values, then either replace existing or add to a new key name (possibly with an increment added) .... or even combine if that is suitable.
