Why use the outer loop at all in that case? Just get rid of the While loop completely because it's not needed. Then change the Exitloop 2 back to Exitloop without the count.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

It's continuing on to the rest of  the script long before the correct screen that I need to wait for is coming up.

There is text on the screen.  Is it posible to wait for the text?
