codadoc
Running on Windows 7 with IE10.0.5 the code below works fine. oIE = _IEAttach("somestuff", "Text") Same code, same url with Windows Server 2008 R2 and IE10.0.6 returns 7 (No Match) OS issue or IE issue? (or dumb programmer issue?) This is using the latest autoit, downloaded and installed a few days ago on Win7 and today with the standard IE.au3 as ships with the installer. BrewManNH
Have you tried installing 10.0.6 on the Win7 machine and tested it? That way you'd know if it was an OS issue or a browser issue. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. codadoc
>Have you tried installing 10.0.6 on the Win7 machine and tested it? I've run the same test of a different Win2008 Server, with IE 10.0.5, and the code above works, same as it does with Windows 7. So this looks like the latest update is the problem. Not planning to update IE on WIndows 7 until I can make sure that nothing else we're using is broken by the IE update.
codadoc
_IEAttach & IE10.0.6 - I've tried "TItle", "URL" as well and these don't work so be warned, likely none of the other options work either.
