how to confine a ToolTip, to monitor's borders?

according to autoit help, about ToolTip I do not understand this point:
options: 4 = Force the tooltip to always be visible confining it to monitor borders if necessary.

but when I try this code

ToolTip ( "Hi, I am a ToolTip"&@CRLF&@crlf&"Good morning!" , Default, Default, "Title" , 2 , 4 )

Sleep(10000)

the ToolTip remains fixed always in the same position,

what do it means " confining it to monitor borders if necessary."? Is it done automatically or do I have to move it by myself?

This simply means that the tooltip will always be visible even when you use something like this:

ToolTip("Hi, I am a ToolTip" & @CRLF & @CRLF & "Good morning!", 999999999999, 1000000, "Title", 2, 4)
Sleep(10000)

Test it with and without option 4.

if the coordinate is out of the monitor bound then even the tooltip would display in the monitor region
