I've never used it, it is one of those which require an external library (dll) and there are many different versions.

However there is a massive thread about how to use that in example scripts forum (and more different dlls than you can shake a stick at)

#include <ImageSearch.au3>
Run("RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL")
Sleep(2000) ; Delay for opening Control Panel
$findImage = "image1.bmp"  ; UDF detects bmp files.
$resultPosition = 0 ; 0 Top Left Corner Of İmage     -  1 Center of image
$x = 0
$y = 0
$tolerance = 0  ; 0 is no tolerance. You can set 0 between 255 for tolereace.
$image =  _ImageSearch($findImage,$resultPosition,$x,$y,$tolerance)
If $image = 1 Then
MouseMove($x,$y,0)
Else
MsgBox(0,"Image Search","Bmp file not found.")
Endif

Here is an example for you ;)
