There is actually a pretty good equivalent for linux! It even has many of the same commands, so it's pretty much the same except that it's java based, so everything has a semicolon at the end ;)

It has pretty similar commands like pixelSearch(); msgBox(); mouseClick(); mouseMove(); sleep(); send(); etc. 

It's called javAuto, and you can find it here
