2 threads are too many; 3 is even worse. The primary reason I killed your bug report was to prevent the thread from getting split. I hate having two topics on the same subject because people begin posting back and forth in each one and a conversation is terribly hard to follow and lots of redundant data is regurgitated and cross referencing occurs and in the end everybody is confused about what's going on. Besides, the whole point of a bug report is to make the developers aware of a problem and you'd already gotten Jon's attention so a bug report is redundant. And as an added bonus, by and large, the dumbasses of the forum stay out of this particular one so you're likely to get a less convoluted thread since the mindless throng is less likely to talk about things they can't possibly comprehend.
