Run() and RunAs() yield different results with same user account

I made a small test case to show whats happening:

I am using the built-in 'Administrator' account when I execute the script, and I am testing this on Windows 2008 R2. I have also tried changing the 'logon_flag' in RunAs() to check if one of the flags will cause it to behave the same way Run() does; there is no difference among them.

Does anyone know a way I can get this to work without RunAs()? I would prefer leveraging _RunDos() Since it will return the commands exit code, but any workaround would be greatly appreciated?

Try adding #RequireAdmin at the top of your script.

Unfortunately, the rusults are the same with or without #RequireAdmin. I should add that I am using the built-in 'Administrator' account when I execute the script, and that this is Windows 2008 R2.

I couldn't help but notice that you are passing "" as the working directory for Run() and @SystemDir as the working directory for RunAs().  Not that it should make any difference with winmgmt, but if you are trying to compare the two functions, you should supply the same parameters.

Try running the X64 version of AutoIt3. You can use the following line in case you have the full SciTE4AutoIt3 running:

#AutoIt3Wrapper_UseX64=y

Awesome! That did the trick, it looks like i'll need an x86 and x64 version of the exe since this is a mixed environment.
