Curious52
I am using Windows XP and installed MS Office 2010, I am able to open Excel manually without any problem. But when I use AutoIt v3 with: include <Excel.au3> Local $f_Excel = "C:ExcelCapturesCapture_File.xlsx" Local $oExcel = _ExcelBookOpen($f_Excel) MsgBox(0, "File Exiting", $oExcel) It doesn't launch Excel 2010! *) By the way, if Windows XP and I install MS Office 2003 the same codes above, it working fine! Anyone can help?
water
The Excel UDF that comes with AutoIt doesn't support the new file formats (xlsx). Either save your files as filetype XLS or use my rewrite of the Excel UDF. It is still an alpha version but I hope to soon release the first beta. water
If you use my Excel Rewrite UDF you have to use the AutoIt BETA version > 3.3.9.2. You can install both the production and beta version in parallel.
