How to get autocomplete to work on UDF with SciTE-Lite

Recommended Posts

I am using SciTE-Lite Version 2.28.  I started using AutoIT on an earlier version of the editor and it seems that a lot of the things that the earlier version did as defalut are now options, but I don't know how to activate the option.

One of these is Autocomplete for UDFs.  I found this topic

But  Melba's response

"You can add CallTips and AutoComplete for non-standard UDFs by using the User CallTip Manager - this is located in the <Other Tools> tab of SciTEConfig. There is a Help file in the <Help - SciTE Help - Extra Utilities> menu.." does not do me any good, since I can't find SciTEConfig, so I can't get to the <Other Tools> tab.

Getting long lines to wrap in the editor is another issue that I need help with.

What am I doing wrong?

Install the full version of Scite4AutoIt3 to get access to the tools.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

I hereby grant any person the right to use any code I post, that I am the original author of, on the autoitscript.com forums, unless I've specifically stated otherwise in the code or the thread post. If you do use my code all I ask, as a courtesy, is to make note of where you got it from.
