After downloading the newest one, do I install it on top of the older one, or do I need to uninstall the old one first? I asked two opposite questions and you answered with a "yes" and a "no", so, I was not able to clearly associate either of your answers to either of my questions. Could you be a little more specific? Download and install 3.3.8.1 (newest stable version). Follow recommendation to uninstall whatever you are running.
