Queener
Two topic I want to talk about here: 1 - Can it be coded to include the dll inside the executable instead of having it to carry dll everywhere? 2 - For some reason the 32-bit ImageSearch executed, but pop-up a window errors. Program has stopped working. Just code anything simple (Using ImageSearch function) under 32-bit would give me that error. If I change the dll to 64-bit and the ImageSearch.au3 to 64-bit; it works fine. I tried the 32bit au3/dll under a 32-bit machine and 64-bit on a 64-bit machine.... So there's no reason why the 32-bit would be acting up. Edited August 16, 2013 by asianqueen Msgbox(0, "Hate", "Just hate it when I post a question and find my own answer after a couple tries. BrewManNH
1 - Are you talking about FileInstall of the dll, or including it in the code? 2 - What error, you say there's an error window, but you don't tell anyone what the error says. Would be a lot more useful to post that information rather than having us have to ask or guess, don't you think? If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. I would prefer including in the code if possible. 2 - I did write the error "Program has stopped working". This is a window error when running the script. Try it on a 32-bit and do a imagesearch trashcan. It will prompt the error. Unless it's only happening to my pc.
