Force user to input a number from a range in an input box

hi all here is a small piece of code

    GUICreate("My GUI UpDown", -1, -1, -1, -1, $WS_SIZEBOX)
    $input = GUICtrlCreateInput("2", 10, 10, 50, 20)
    GUICtrlCreateUpdown($input)
    GUISetState()

    While 1
        $msg = GUIGetMsg()
        If $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE Then ExitLoop
    WEnd

thing is can i locate a range that use can input or scroll to ?

so if i located the things from 1 to 20 so the use cant input or scroll more or less from that

is that possible ?
