zerocool22
Hello, I need to build a autoIT script that allows me to switch between programs. (access database and financeapplication ) So I am trying some basic stuff, but that does not work. While 1 WinActivate("[CLASS:Notepad]", "") Sleep(3000) WinActivate("[CLASS:paint", "") Sleep(3000) WEnd The notepad pops up, but the paint window does not. I already tried changing the paint into mspaint, Paint, "the name of the paint image". But no go? How can I fix this? Thanks
BrewManNH
The Paint WinActivate is missing the closing bracket. What version of Windows is this running on? On Win7, the class for Paint is MSPaintApp, not Paint. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
