water
Welcome to AutoIt and the forum! I suggest you start reading the help file - at least the first chapters about the language and its concepts. The Wiki is helpful too with a lot of tutorials. Georgkremer
I've read through this point 3.3.2 strings. But that tells me nothing. I work long hours with Viusal Basic. With (with Dim a as string = "") I made something. is not or is there something in autoit another possibility? :/
water
Dim a as string = "" in VB is Global $a = "" in AutoIt. In AutoIt you do not need to specify a datatype. But this is described in the help file as well. Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted October 2, 2013 Moderators Share Posted October 2, 2013 I work long hours with Viusal Basic. If this is true, you really should be accustomed to looking through help docs, rather than expecting people to spoon-feed code to you. A trip through the Help file will do wonders for your understanding of AutoIt as a language. "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind.
