can i open a file using it pid(path id)?

Pid is an "identification number of a file path" i want to use this number to open a file.

i open it like that but i need some short command.

What exactly are you attempting to do, because there's probably a console command that will do the same thing without having to resort to sending keystrokes to a window?

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

i want to open Set up a new connection or network window as i show in thumbnails.Then i want to go Connect to the internet that is first option of window.

adnanbaloch, you already have a thread asking this question. Why are you double posting?

mistakenly i have gave same examples (like Set up a new network or connection windows) in both articles. But my subject was not same. Sorry if this hurt someone.

In the first article i want to search such a command that can open Set up a new connection or network anyway. In the second i want to open it from PID. First was solved with the golden help of  guinness second is also solved now when i come to now we cannot open a windows from it process id(pid).

yeah it is solved. we cannot open a windows from it process id. because only a running process have a Pid*(process id) not a closed or shutdown process.
