Script Disable/enable LAN when trying to run an .exe

I need a windows script that will disable the LAN when opening a certain application and enable it again after that app has closed.

If such a thing is not possible then just a short script that would do this:

1)LAN disabled
2)Launch app
 

My OS: Win7 Ultimate 32bit

We do not write scripts to order - we help you get your scripts working as you wish. So I suggest you have look around the forum and see if you can come up with something. You can also enable or disable a card with my fresh UDF >netwok.au3 (without external command)
