Have to run compiled scripts 2X "Script Paused"

I have created a simple script for our lower level techs to install LogMeIn on our client's PC's without having to have our access password etc.  The script works great before it is compiled.  When ran as a .exe the logmein installation will start, but the script "pauses"... it stops at the first screen of the installation and goes no further. In Windows 7 there is an autoit icon in the status area of the taskbar which when hovered over says "script paused". If I exit out of the logmein installation and run the autoit .exe again without closing the previous "autoit script paused" notification in the status area on the taskbar, the script will start and run all the way through. What is a solution to get my compiled script to run on the first try?

RunWait("msiexec /a LogMeIn.msi")
WinWaitActive("LogMeIn", "http://www.LogMeIn.com")
Send ("{ENTER}")
WinWaitActive("LogMeIn", "Account holder: PCRx Support")
Send ("{ENTER}")
WinWaitActive(" LogMeIn License Agreement", "Terms and Conditions")
Send ("{ENTER}")
WinWaitActive("LogMeIn ", "Software options")
Send ("{ENTER}")
WinWaitClose("LogMeIn", "Computer Description")

;Waits for tech to enter remote pc name and press next.
If WinExists("LogMeIn ", "Computer Access Code:") then
   Send("password{TAB}password{ENTER}")
   EndIf
WinWaitActive ("LogMeIn", "LogMeIn Account Details")
Send("swarren@pcrxinc.net")
Send("{TAB}")
Send("password")
Send("{TAB}")
Send("{UP}")
Send("{ENTER}")
WinWaitActive(" LogMeIn Destination Folder", "Choose Destination Location")
Send("{ENTER}")
WinWaitActive("LogMeIn", "Setup Completed")
Send("{ENTER}")
MsgBox("", "Setup Complete", "Who needs techs?!")

Logmein allows a silent install. No need to automate the GUI.

Your RunAs commands are written wrong, RunAs requires a minimum of 5 parameters, you're only using 3. You can't not use them, you have to put something in there.

Also, your ElseIf comparisons look a little odd. Are you trying to run the exe, and if it doesn't run under that person's credentials it's going to try to run it under someone else's? I'm not really understanding what exactly it is you're attempting with them at all.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

The silent install is not an option for us because each computer we install on is unique. Some are new out of the box, and others are computers that have been brought to us for repair.  The ones that are new out of the box do not have a username and password for us to enter for future remote access, therefore they require entry of an access code. Also, we have naming schemes for some of our business clients that must be changed during each install.

I'm not sure what you mean by they're written wrong? You'll have to forgive me, this is my first attempt at scripting of any kind. Could you give me an example? Like I said in my original post the script works perfectly before I compile it. The If statement is in place for the computers that do not have a user name and password. Logmein will ask for an access code on those machines.

You're using RunWait to run the installation program, that means it will pause the entire script until the program you started is closed. You need to use Run instead.

Also, looking in this thread, I can't tell what I was referring to in my previous post. Did you delete a post, or did I reply to the wrong thread here? :)  :ermm:
