Hi, rafealcrvs. That is something of a loaded question to ask on an AutoIt forum. While Sikuli is a nice tool, I doubt you will find many here that tell you to use it over AutoIt. A better approach may be to clearly explain what you're trying to automate, and we can help you determine how easily it can be accomplished in AutoIt. ;)

Sikuli fails miserably if the image colors don't match, such as if you have a different theme color. Other than that, it's only good for the most basic of automation, you might get better results using the ImageSearch UDF and mouse clicks.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

Without providing more information on the software, we can only suggest that you install AutoIt, read through the help file, and try something on your own. Then if you get stuck, post what you have here and we can attempt to assist.

That can be a multitude of many applications out there. I know you're new but please use a little common sense, I mean if you want accurate help, provide detailed information.

Also posting duplicate topics is not only frowned upon here, but a little insulting when people are trying to help.
