Unc3nZureD
Is it possible to break out of an Switch...case...Endswitch? Wait, let me explain it $a = 1 $b = 1 Switch $a case 1 some thing here... another one... if $b = 2 Then Don't continue the script, skip the code left, jump to the endswitch part (How to?) endif this code shouldn't execute since the upper blocked not even this etc... case 2 another thing... some code... EndSwitch I tried ContinueCase, but it jumps to the Case 2 and executes it, even if $a <> 2 Edited January 24, 2014 by Unc3nZureD
water
You need to use If...Then...Else...EndIf $a = 1 $b = 1 Switch $a case 1 some thing here... another one... if $b <> 2 Then only continue if b <> 2 endif case 2 another thing... some code... Moderators Melba23 Posted January 24, 2014 Moderators Share Posted January 24, 2014 Unc3nZureD,You have to do it the other way round:Switch $a Case 1 If $b <> 2 Then ; Do what needs to be done if b = 2 in here EndIf Case 2 ; Another thing... EndSwitchDoes that make sense?
