Moderators Melba23 Posted January 27, 2014 Moderators Share Posted January 27, 2014 goodmanjl531,Try with single "|" between the path subparameters - at present you have "||". goodmanjl531
tried $aList_YYYY = _FileListToArrayRec($sPath_YYYY, "20*.*" |$CurrentDef|$LastDef, 2, 0, 1) : error: syntax error (illegal character)
Moderators Melba23 Posted January 27, 2014 Moderators Share Posted January 27, 2014 goodmanjl531,Sorry, I should have spent some time looking instead of picking on the first obvious error I saw. I blame the lack of syntax colouring. You need to concatenate the string properly:$aList_YYYY = _FileListToArrayRec($sPath_YYYY, "20*.*|" & $CurrentDef & "|" & $LastDef, 2, 0, 1)How about that? Solution goodmanjl531 Posted January 28, 2014 Author Solution Share Posted January 28, 2014 after running again found one issue needed to change the last pipe to a semicolon... $aList_YYYY = _FileListToArrayRec($sPath_YYYY, "20*.*|" & $CurrentDef & ";" & $LastDef, 2, 0, 1)
kamuline
Hello I have a problem when i try to use _FileListToArrayRec to sorting filenames. Sometimes it creates a new row at and of array with 0 value, or take the number from [0] and put somewhere in the array. http://tinypic.com/r/142zrs8/8 Ty
