Here is a simple script that will do that.

Note, that you have to be on the Chrome window and on the page you would like to Select All, Copy and Refresh whilst the script is running.

#Include <Date.au3>

Global $_Timer = _NowCalc ( )
Global $_Interval = 5

While 1
    $_NowCalc = _NowCalc ( )
    If _DateDiff ( "n", $_Timer, $_NowCalc ) >= $_Interval Then  ; 5 min
        ConsoleWrite ( "->---- " & $_Interval & " Minutes elapsed : " & $_NowCalc & @Crlf )
        Refresh()
        $_Timer = $_NowCalc
    EndIf
    Sleep ( 10 )
WEnd

Func Refresh()
    Send("^{a}")
    Send("^{c}")
    Send("{F5}")
EndFunc
