send() greek char

I am a begginner any help appreciated . 

 

i'm using Send("C:Documents and Settingsuser19Επιφάνεια εργασίαςΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΣ ΠΑΡΑΓΩΓΗΣ"&$hmera_ebdomadas&".xls")

and I'm getting this

Ψ¨Δοψθμεντσ ανδ Σεττινγσθσερ19Επιφάνεια εργασίαςΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΣ ΠΑΡΑΓΩΓΗΣΤρι.χλσ

I have tried  file-encoding-utf-8 with bom but the same result.

Anyone give me some help.

Works fine for me using utf-8 in Scite.

Try using Send(@DesktopDir & "ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΣ ΠΑΡΑΓΩΓΗΣ" & $hmera_ebdomadas & ".xls")

(assuming you want the desktop directory of the current user account)

I would speak Greek but the rest won't understand, if you need any help let me know.

It worked fine for me with defaults settings in scite .
