Does AutoIt3Wrapper.exe exists at the indicated location?

Have you used the extra Installer to get SciTE4AutoIt3 installed?

I have AutoitWrapper.au3 installed at that place but not .exe.

Previously its used to function, how come that now its not working.

What needs to be done to make it working?

I installed  SciTE4AutoIt3 directly not from extra installer.

I installed  SciTE4AutoIt3 directly not from extra installer.

I don't understand what that means, but just reinstall with the full SciTE4AutoIt3 installer and check whether your AntiVirus is causing issues here.
