v3.3.10 -- $STANDARD_RIGHTS_REQUIRED error

I just updated from v3.3.8 to v3.3.10.2.

Trying to run any script gives me this error:

  $STANDARD_RIGHTS_REQUIRED previously defined as a non-'Const' var.

  Global Const $STANDARD_RIGHTS_REQUIRED = 0x000f0000

I also noticed that Tools > Compile window shows v0.0.0.0, and the GUI truncates some text.

Any idea how I can fix these problems?

You need to check the help file, section "Script breaking changes". Include files have been changed so this might cause the error.

I just checked Help file. I found nothing about Include files or this specific error under the v3.3.10 changes.

I truly doubt you get that error with any script you run unless you have the same includes in every one of your scripts. Find out which include that variable is in, then comment it out of that file. BTW, in 3.3.10.x that variable is in the SecurityConstants.au3 file, I don't see it in any of the standard includes other than that one. So, if you have some non-standard includes that might be why.

I searched all of my scripts for $STANDARD_RIGHTS_REQUIRED and traced it down to one of my UDFs

that was including _ServiceControl.au3, which I no longer use. I removed that Include statement. Now I

no longer get that error.
