This has nothing to do with AutoIt constants in the include files.

What is the problem exactly? Can you see the OpenGL generated stars? Can you see the GUI? Does the program crash?

The assembler code is 32 bit code. It'll not run as a 64 bit program. If you run the script as a 64 bit program it'll crash.

How good are the video cards in the Win 7/8 PC's compared with the video card in the XP? If the Win 7/8 PC's are laptops with poor video cards, it can easily be the case that they can't show the OpenGL video.

Have you tried to run the script with most of the OpenGL code commented out like this:

I assume he means that the controls are overwritten by the animation.

When using GDI+ you can exclude areas used by the controls, I don't know how to exclude areas using OpenGL but you can add a transparent child GUI where you can see the animated background.
