What's the best way to clear the data before entering new?

        Case $T1Button2
            $of_T1Button2 = FileSelectFolder("Select Mount Folder", "")
            GUICtrlSetData($T1Input2, $of_T1Button2)
            $bRun = Run(@ComSpec & " /c Dism.exe /Get-MountedWimInfo", "", @SW_HIDE, $STDERR_CHILD + $STDOUT_CHILD)
            ProcessWaitClose($bRun, 2)
            $bdata = StdoutRead($bRun)
            GUICtrlSetData($T1Edit2, $bdata, 1)

trashy,

If $T1Edit2 is an edit control, simply removing the final parameter will replace all the content with the new data: :)

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

$sData = "Will this be appended or will it replace the current data?"

$hGUI = GUICreate("Test", 500, 500)

$cEdit = GUICtrlCreateEdit("", 10, 10, 480, 200)

GUISetState()

GUICtrlSetData($cEdit, $sData & @CRLF)

Sleep(1000)

GUICtrlSetData($cEdit, $sData, 1) ; Append

Sleep(1000)

GUICtrlSetData($cEdit, $sData) ; Replace

While 1
    Switch GUIGetMsg()
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
    EndSwitch
WEnd
