You're saying in your If statement "If the process still exists ($tokill), then send a msgbox saying "Process successfully closed!" Is that really what you're intending?

HotKeySet() is pointless as there is no loop to keep the script running.

Yes it was supposed to be like this

That worked with me, probably i edited the code and didn't save >.< sorry, i'll look into it

I'm not at home.. But isn't that If statement backwards? If it still exists after the kill command, shouldn't that mean it failed, not succeeded?

I downloaded your rar file (FYI not everyone has 7-Zip or WinRar) and I see you have the while loop, albeit the HotKeySet() is still in the wrong place. You place it at the top of your script and remove from the function and inside the loop. Plus remove the first call to the function.

Not to thread-jack, but take a look at PPK in my signature. That version is pretty heavy, might be a bit much to understand all of it quickly, but may offer some help on doing what you want in a more advanced way.

Here is a snippet from an older version of PPK:

$delay = TimerInit()
Do
ProcessClose($victim)
If @error Then
$status = @error
Else
$killed = True
ExitLoop
EndIf
Sleep(50)
Until TimerDiff($delay) > 1000

The important thing to take away from this is a loop that for 1 full second will try to kill the offending process. If it works then a variable called $killed is set to True, and if it fails the error code is saved in another variable, both of which are used later in the script.

Hopefully that all helps a little.
