llewxam Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 I guess I understand that using _ScreenCapture_CaptureWnd will just find the coordinates to the window specified and grab whatever is there, but I just had an occasion where the window I wanted to grab was not the active window and other things were on top of it. A script was set to take a screenshot when a certain condition was met, but I was presented with a screengrab of the wrong thing.Besides using WinActive and that becoming annoying and getting in the way of what I was doing in the foreground, any fixes on getting a screengrab of a window that may be behind others, without bringing it forward?ThanksIan My projects: IP Scanner - Multi-threaded ping tool to scan your available networks for used and available IP addresses, shows ping times, resolves IPs in to host names, and allows individual IPs to be pinged.
