FileOpenDialog or my ChooseFileFolder UDF sound like what you need. ;)

my fav way to open, this looks for and parses a csv:

            _GUIListViewEx_Insert($zVar1 & " | " & $zVar2) ; <~~ this puts the results into a list view.
