shiv
Using regx $sTitle="/d"&" Reminders" in window title as /d can be any digit but it not works, window title would be like "2 Reminders" However if i hard code it and write the window title as "2 Reminders" it works, but if i write "/d"&" Reminders", it do not work. below is the code i am using Func _DismissCalanderEvents() Local $sTitle="/d"&" Reminders" WinWait($sTitle,"",5) WinActivate($sTitle,"") ControlClick($sTitle,"Dismiss &All","[CLASS:Button; INSTANCE:1]") WinWait("Microsoft Outlook","",2) ControlClick("Microsoft Outlook","&Yes","[CLASS:Button; INSTANCE:2]") EndFunc Want to use regx instead of hardcoded title as it can be 2,3 or any other digit

water
I run Outlook 2010 and when I create an appointment using the Outlook GUI I can select "Reminders: None" (I run the German version so the translation might not be 100% accurate). water
If you send a "Meeting request" to others users why do you want to suppress a reminder for the users? Isn't it up to the recipient to set the reminder to their liking? shiv
done using AutoItSetOption ( "WinTitleMatchMode" , 2 ) and match only "Reminders".
water
I wouldn't automate the GUI in any way. Use my OutlookEX UDF to automate Outlook via COM. So you will never interfere with what the user does nor any pop up.
