Skray1234
So I downloaded autoit and I was surprised to find it was very complicated... Anyone can give me a help with the following? I need a script that: Sends shift down. Keeps it down for 5 seconds. Sends shift up Waits 8 seconds. Repeats It's just it seems kinda pointless to learn the whole language for only this script, and it's really complicated so I don't think I will learn it fast Im kinda of a thick-head
wisem2540
I started autoit with zero programming knowledge. Its not that bad. Anyway, look up the SEND command in the help file. It will have everything you need. SLEEP will do your waits... EDIT: I am feeling generous today.... https://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/docs/appendix/SendKeys.htm. Skray1234
Okay so this is what I came up with: While 1=1 Send("{LSHIFT down}") Sleep(4000) Send("{LSHIFT up}") Send("{LSHIFT down}") Sleep(4000) Send("{LSHIFT up}") Sleep(5000) WEnd The loop works BUT it wont run into the program (The Elder Scrolls Online) It's not detecting the key-strokes. Any idea on how can I solve this?

Please read them now (there is also a link at bottom right of each page) - particularly the bit about not discussing game automation - and then you will understand why you will get no help and this thread will now be locked.
