Select item in ComboBox

I'm using this code in my program.  Thinking I could click on an item in the Combobox and add it to my Listview. The code does this but it also does something else. My arrow keys on the keyboard will add items to the Listview just by arrowing up or down.

So I'm thinking my code approach is not good - down right wrong.

I'm looking to be able to drop down the combobox and click on an item to get it to add to the Listview.

Any help would be appreciated.

Don't make it so that selecting an item in the combo box adds it to the listview, make a separate button that you have to press to get it added. Otherwise, just tabbing into and out of the combo may add an item.
