Running script into application

Is there any line I have to add for a script to run into an application or window? It does not seem to be working inside it, although it does outside of it.

Can you please explain what you mean to "run into an application or window". Do you mean compiling a script, or interacting with an external application? Perhaps posting what you have written, plus a detailed description of where you're having trouble, will help us help you.

Basically the script runs outside the application, but not inside of it, like Inside the word I see it working, but when I open the application window it does not work

So basically you are saying for example:

the program is to run Notepad.exe

type in some things

But its not typing in things to notepad that you can see?
