sammy1983
Hi, Feeling great to enter Forum once again. Need help. I have created a Combobox GUI and populated few items in it. Now when I choose any of the items and click on "Submit", same is not getting selected on a webpage's list box. I have provided both the screenshots here for reference. After little research I found out that only Combobox value can be retrieved and not the actual text. Is it true? If yes, is there any way that I can match these 2 strings? I have not provided any code here as I don't know which one to use to read Combobox text. Please help.

careca
How are you trying to select the item on the webpage? What browser are you using? Did you retrieve the names/id's of the combobox in the webpage? You have to get those, and combine them with your combobox..know what i mean? Solution sammy1983 Posted July 12, 2014 Author Solution Share Posted July 12, 2014 Thanks for the eye-opener John. Struggled a bit in placing the code. Now working like a charm. Another awesome learning experience. Thanks a ton again.
