Scripting Installs that require intermediate reboots

I am trying to script the install of NSW but am stuck on how to continue after the reboot. I have code within my script that writes entries to RunOnceEx so that a second script starts up after reboot but I have not discovered how to get both the second script and remaining portion of the NSW install to continue. It appears that RunOnceEx executes programs sequentially - my second script loads at reboot and waits for a window to appear that belongs to the remaining NSW installation, however, a window never appears because the second script that gets loaded and executed doesn't finish. Any ideas?

Try using the RUN regkey because i believe that the RunOnceEx runs before all other programs start.

Thank you for your suggestion. I did try that and it didn't work, however, it was the clue I needed as it inspired me to investigate and try all the other "Run" keys. With the results in, "RunServicesOnce" is the clear winner! Basically, I loaded AutoIt Info Window through RunServicesOnce and it loads prior to the additional NSW code that loads following the reboot. It gave me all the correct control identifiers to complete the "post reboot" script. Then I altered the "pre reboot" script to load the "post reboot" script through RunServicesOnce and we are good to go. Thanks again.
