BrewManNH
Did you look at the help file for the new function? It's pretty well explained how the parameters are supposed to be. The new UDF is a total rewrite so things have changed, sometimes dramatically, and the help file is your friend. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. water
Only 2 major things have changed: You need to use _Excel_Open as very first function call before starting to work with the new UDF All function names have changed from _Excel* to _Excel_* Everything else can be found in the script breaking changes section for Excel of the help file or the wiki. If you still have questions please do not hesitate to ask.
