Getting highlighted element from List

I have a list box:

$Results = GUICtrlCreateList("", 8, 56, 209, 448)

and I have passed an array to it so I have a series of results.

I'm trying to figure out how to get the value of the selected (highlighted) result.

When I only have a single value in the results, this works

MsgBox(0,"",GUICtrlRead($Results))

but when I have multiple values in the results, nothing seems to happen. What am I missing here?

Have a look at

_GUICtrlListBox_GetSelItemsText

Returns an array with the following format:
[0] - Total items in array
[1] - Text of the selected item
[2] - Text of the selected item
[n] - Text of the selected item
