Get numbers from .bmp

How to i can get the numbers from one image .bmp? and get this numbers for one variable.

Like this:

1º Scan .bmp an get the numbers then this number can use in the same script for variable.

I like make a screenshot, save this and then  read only the numbers for use in variable to comparative amount.

i need this for another aplication i use the same image but i need for another aplitacion...

i need only Read .bmp file and get this number i use this image... i can use another image if you like moderator.. sorry

i like get the 6789 value and use for comparative.
