#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

$hGUI = GUICreate("Test", 500, 500)

$cButton1 = GUICtrlCreateButton("option 1", 10, 50, 80, 30)
$cButton2 = GUICtrlCreateButton("option 2", 10, 100, 80, 30)

GUISetState()

While 1
    Switch GUIGetMsg()
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
    EndSwitch
WEnd

Look at the Extended Style parameter for GuiCtrlCreateButton in the help file, specifically $BS_3STATE, to see if that fits your needs.

Merchants,

I would suggest using a checkbox with the $BS_PUSHLIKE style: :)

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>
#include <ButtonConstants.au3>

$hGUI = GUICreate("Test", 500, 500)

$cButton1 = GUICtrlCreateCheckbox("option 1", 10, 50, 80, 30, $BS_PUSHLIKE)
$cButton2 = GUICtrlCreateCheckbox("option 2", 10, 100, 80, 30, $BS_PUSHLIKE)

GUISetState()

While 1
    Switch GUIGetMsg()
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
    EndSwitch
WEnd
